The Pastor, Msgr. Scheaffer, is responsible for the administration of the parish and those with whom he shares that responsibility. Each staff member has specific responsibilities. Certain volunteers also help in the administrative ministry. The following committees share their expertise and are a valuable resource and guide in the administration of the parish: |

Continuous evaluations of computer programs, reports generated by computer and maintenance of our Web Page are the responsibility of this committee. Members of this committee understand data systems, or are familiar with Micro Soft Word, Excel, Access, or are knowledgeable about computer hardware. |

| This committee works toward developing our property and plans for future buildings on our parish property. | ||||||||||||||||||

| This committee advises on the parish budget, financial management borrowing and other financial matters. Membership is by invitation. Members must have business, finance, fundraising, and accounting or law background. |

| Parish Pastoral Council | |||
| The committee helps develop and direct the overall pastoral program and organization of the parish. It meets monthly. It is composed of the leaders of the various ministries and organizations in the parish. |
